We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization recognized by New York State. Please email us at barkercornfest@gmail.com for a donation receipt. This receipt will serve as vital legal documentation for individuals or business to substantiate charitable contributions on federal tax returns, reducing taxable income. It acts as the proof required for the IRS for gifts of $250 or more, ensuring compliance, reducing audit risk, and validating the legitimacy of the deduction.
